Rack Accessories

Frames and beams are only the start. Accessories make a rack system safe, square and easy to work from, and we add them to new installs or retrofit them to rack you already have, whoever supplied it.

Accessories for Every System

The components that carry your loads, hold the rack in place and tell your team what it can handle. Every one is matched to your beams, frames and loads.

  • Wire Decking

Supports loads that don't sit squarely on two beams, and lets light and sprinkler water through.

  • Pallet Supports

Front-to-back bars that carry pallets safely between the beams, especially undersized or damaged ones.

  • Row Spacers

Tie back-to-back rows together at a fixed gap for stability and consistent flue space for sprinklers.

  • Wall and Overhead Ties

Brace tall or single rows to the building or across the aisle for added stability.

  • Pallet Stops and Back Stops

Keep loads from being pushed through the back of the rack into the next aisle or a wall.

  • Drum Chocks and Skid Channels

Cradles and channels for drums, coils and loads that don't sit on a standard pallet.

  • Anchors and Shims

The hardware that fixes frames to the floor and keeps them plumb on uneven concrete.

  • Load Capacity Signs

Posted capacities for every section, so everyone knows what each level can safely hold.

Rack Protection

Most rack damage happens in the first few feet off the floor, and a single forklift hit can take a whole section out of service. These accessories protect the uprights, the ends of each row and the people working nearby.

  • Rack Safety Netting

Mesh panels on the back of the rack that stop cartons and loose product from falling into walkways or the next aisle.

  • Post Protectors

Steel or polymer guards around the base of each upright that take forklift hits before the column does.

  • End-of-Aisle Guards

Floor-anchored steel rails that protect the exposed end frame of every row, where turning forklifts hit most often.

  • Guard Rail and Bollards

Barriers that separate forklift traffic from walkways, offices, docks and equipment.
